Resum: This video describes a complex dental treatment of a 43-year-old man with a skeletal Class II, mandibular asymmetry, severe brachyfacial pattern, class II division 2, canting of the occlusal plane and an increased curve of Spee. Treatment adopted a multidisciplinary approach, involving periodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, maxillofacial surgery and prosthetics specialists. Miniscrews were placed to correct the occlusal plane canting and an excessive curve of Spee. The surgical treatment plan consisted of bilateral asymmetric sagittal split osteotomy and genioplasty. Mandibular first molar implants and upper ceramic crowns were placed at the end of orthodontic treatment by the Digital Smile Design (DSD) method
